The Steamboat NATCHEZ is taking some time off, but her sister vessel, the Riverboat CITY of NEW ORLEANS will be taking her place. You’ll get the same authentic riverboat experience of a leisurely, two-hour cruise on the mighty Mississippi, enjoying traditional live jazz, craft cocktails, and all the beautiful New Orleans sites, while also exploring the newly renovated riverboat. Make sure you check out all four decks - the top deck view is a sight to see!

The Steamboat NATCHEZ decks, engine room, and bars will be open for your enjoyment either before or after dinner depending upon your seating time. Included in the Dinner Jazz ticket price is the cruise, Creole Dinner Buffet, and entertainment by the Dukes of Dixieland. Gratuities and alcoholic beverages are not included in the ticket price.

Should the vessel be unable to leave the dock for any reason beyond our control, entertainment and meal service go on as scheduled, full rates shall remain in full force and effect.

The Companies make no representations regarding qualifications of attraction/service and make no representations as to whether attraction/service is bonded or insured.
NO REFUNDS 2. Any lawsuit against New Orleans Steamboat Company, the vessel and/or their agents, officers, crewmembers or underwriters for personal injury and/or loss of life must be filed within one (1) year from the day the loss of life or injury occurred, in accordance with 46 U.S.C. §183b, and all claims must be filed within six months from the date the passenger traveled on and/or visited the vessel. faqs: - Reservations required for all meal functions. - Dress code is dressy casual, but feel free to dress up as much as you'd like! - Group Rates available for 10 or more adults. - Children under 6 cruise free with paid adult. Food & Beverage costs apply. - Non-smoking vessel-both indoors and on the outside decks. - All menu items are prepared in a common kitchen. Steps are taken to minimize the likelihood of exposure to airborne gluten elements, but our menu is not recommended for those with gluten-sensitive disorders. We can recommend items on our menu that are not prepared as gluten inclusive. - For vegan or vegetarian guests, we can recommend those items not inclusive of meat ingredients or animal products. - We are unable to prepare separate individual meals for these preferences/needs. - The riverboat is handicap accessible. However, access to the top deck is by stairs only. Please call us with any questions before finalizing your plans if you have questions on access or personal equipment. - Decks may be closed to the public due to private event functions on any given night. - Cocktail, beer, and wine options are available for purchase onboard. - The New Orleans Steamboat Co. reserves the right to substitute a similar vessel should the Riverboat CITY of NEW ORLEANS become unavailable.
